Delivery Drones

U.P.S. receives F.A.A. greenlight to use drones



Recently, UPS and Amazon have received F.A.A. approval to use aerial drones use, a major step in making drone delivery a reality.  In order to do this companies had to demonstrate that the concept of commercial drone delivery would not cause harm to the general public.



As made clear, on the Federal Aviation Admiration website "As drones are introduced into everyday life in the   U.S.  — from recreational flying to commercial uses —  FAA's number one priority remains safety. Whether manned or unmanned aircraft, FAA  requires that all operators follow specific guidelines for the operations they request."  faa.gov
